Role Description The Sales Supervisor Bengkulu is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengkulu, responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance in the assigned area. This role includes leading and motivating the sales team, setting daily and monthly targets, monitoring achievements, and ensuring effective coverage of modern and traditional trade channels. The Sales Supervisor will visit key customers, build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising. Daily tasks include analyzing sales reports, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating promotions, and providing regular coaching and training to the sales team. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments on stock planning, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to review sales data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proven team management and leadership abilities to supervise, motivate, and develop a field sales team.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills to manage key accounts, handle issues, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, reporting performance, and negotiating with customers.
  • Experience in training and coaching sales staff to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and field execution.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution sales supervision is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengkulu, conduct regular field visits, and manage activities across assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools).
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • High integrity, result-oriented mindset, and readiness to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
