Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to the company's existing modern channel customers and encourage stores to purchase products.
  • Monitor market conditions and demand, as well as competitor performance at customer stores and within the assigned area.
  • Map stores within the assigned territory and identify potential stores for business development.
  • Identify and report opportunities for opening new areas/regions.
  • Conduct visits and inspections of new customer stores and ensure they comply with company standards.
  • Implement marketing programs from the head office.
  • Receive complaints and feedback from customer stores and forward them to the relevant departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales representative in building materials.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Possess at least a valid Class C driver's license (SIM C) and willing to be mobile in the Ambon area (domiciled in Ambon or surrounding areas).
