Sales Staff (Mandarin Speaking) - SCG Indonesia (PT. Bahana Buana Box)

Job Description:

1. Conduct customer visits to establish partnerships related to product offerings.
2. Maintain ongoing relationships with both existing and new customers.
3. Receive orders from customers while considering production capacity and delivery schedules.
4. Negotiate product pricing with customers.
5. Visit companies to submit proposals and offer contracts.
6. Monitor smooth delivery of goods to customers by coordinating with superiors in case of discrepancies.
7. Identify issues related to customer complaints and coordinate with superiors or relevant departments.
8. Gather customer insights on reasons for choosing paper packaging products.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese communication.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales are preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work outside the office as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
