Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide both brief and detailed information about products to ensure customers are well-informed.
- Execute product sales activities and ensure all sales efforts align with the marketing plan.
- Actively maintain positive relationships with consumers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Retain existing customers to boost sales volume and achieve set sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively to both existing and potential customers using compelling arguments.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to understand the needs of existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Visit customers or contact them via phone to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Provide timely solutions to customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analyze potential markets and sales performance, and prepare status reports.
- Manage inventory and report on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
- Stay updated on best promotional practices and market trends, continuously seeking to improve based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Min. Diploma Degree any major
- Language: Fluent in Japanese (min. JLPT N3)
- Experience: 2 years as Sales Staff
- Driver's License: SIM A
