Job Responsibilities
- Review sales and purchase contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop new business opportunities, customers, and sales for new products.
- Monitor customer activities, market trends, and business performance.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and delivery processes.
- Prepare sales reports and support business development initiatives.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in the steel industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese (both spoken and written).
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales and customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented and capable of achieving annual sales targets.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
