Purpose and Scope
Mempresentasikan dan mempromosikan produk-produk Perusahaan kepada tenaga kesehatan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target sesuai dengan kode etik, kebijakan operasional, aturan, dan anggaran Perusahaan yang berlaku.
Present and promote the Companys products by establishing and maintaining a good relationship with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and implementing sales strategies in order to achieve target in accordance with the applied code of conducts, operational policies, rules, and budget of the Company.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Promosi Produk (Product Promotion)
Organize and conduct appointments and meetings with customers/decision makers to present and promote Company products by offline or online method.
Ketersediaan Produk (Product Availability)
Ensure product availability in existing/new target hospital/institution by:
Handling product listing/standardization requirements.
Coordinating with the key decision makers/people.
Continuously update stock data.
Coordinating with distributor to ensure the availability of products in the outlet and in the distributor.
Perencanaan, Pelaporan, dan Administrasi (Planning, Reporting, and Administration)
Analyze sales development in the market.
Setting potential sales target and estimation for his/her own area.
Conduct settlement of promotional activity.
Pengembangan Pasar (Market Development)
Identifying and establishing new business by service existing and potential new customers.
Expand territory by creating new accounts.
Analyze market trends to come up with breakthrough methods.
Aktivitas Ilmiah (Scientific Activity)
Coordinate with DSM to arrange and organize scientific activities (such as AV presentation, RTD, symposium) for customers in his/her area.
Keluhan Produk dan Efek Samping (Product and Adverse Event Complaint)
Handle customers and/or product/Adverse Event complaint by conduct clarification and report to authorized person in charge.
Required Qualifications
Having at least 3 (three) year of experience as Medical Representative and having the exposure in handling ethical products in a multinational pharmaceutical company with effective sales performance.
Education: Diploma degree, preferably graduated from pharmacy, biology, chemistry, and related major.
Have motorcycle driving license (SIM C)
Sales competencies including but not limited to Medical and Product Knowledge, Territory Management, Tools Utility, Selling Skills, and Business Planning.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written/verbal Indonesian, minimum passive English
Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office
