Purpose and Scope

Mempresentasikan dan mempromosikan produk-produk Perusahaan kepada tenaga kesehatan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target sesuai dengan kode etik, kebijakan operasional, aturan, dan anggaran Perusahaan yang berlaku.

Present and promote the Companys products by establishing and maintaining a good relationship with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and implementing sales strategies in order to achieve target in accordance with the applied code of conducts, operational policies, rules, and budget of the Company.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Promosi Produk (Product Promotion)

  • Mengatur janji temu dan melakukan pertemuan dengan pelanggan/pembuat keputusan untuk mempresentasikan dan mempromosikan produk-produk Perusahaan yang dilakukan secara luring atau daring.

Organize and conduct appointments and meetings with customers/decision makers to present and promote Company products by offline or online method.

Ketersediaan Produk (Product Availability)

  • Memastikan ketersediaan produk di target rumah sakit/institusi dengan cara:

Ensure product availability in existing/new target hospital/institution by:

  • Menyiapkan persyaratan pendaftaran/standardisasi produk.

Handling product listing/standardization requirements.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan para pembuat keputusan/tokoh kunci.

Coordinating with the key decision makers/people.

  • Memperbaharui data stok secara berkelanjutan.

Continuously update stock data.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan distributor dalam ketersedian produk di outlet dan di distributor.

Coordinating with distributor to ensure the availability of products in the outlet and in the distributor.

Perencanaan, Pelaporan, dan Administrasi (Planning, Reporting, and Administration)

  • Menganalisis perkembangan penjualan di pasar.

Analyze sales development in the market.

  • Menetapkan target penjualan potensial dan estimasi penjualan di areanya sendiri.

Setting potential sales target and estimation for his/her own area.

  • Melakukan penyelesaian aktivitas promosi.

Conduct settlement of promotional activity.

Pengembangan Pasar (Market Development)

  • Mengidentifikasi dan membangun bisnis baru dengan melayani pelanggan baru dan potensial.

Identifying and establishing new business by service existing and potential new customers.

  • Memperluas teritori dengan menciptakan akun-akun baru.

Expand territory by creating new accounts.

  • Menganalisis tren pasar untuk menghasilkan metode terobosan.

Analyze market trends to come up with breakthrough methods.

Aktivitas Ilmiah (Scientific Activity)

  • Berkoordinasi dengan DSM untuk mengatur pelaksanaan aktivitas ilmiah (seperti presentasi AV, RTD, dan simposium) untuk pelanggan di areanya.

Coordinate with DSM to arrange and organize scientific activities (such as AV presentation, RTD, symposium) for customers in his/her area.

Keluhan Produk dan Efek Samping (Product and Adverse Event Complaint)

  • Menindaklanjuti keluhan mengenai produk/efek samping produk dengan melakukan klarifikasi dan pelaporan kepada pihak berwenang.

Handle customers and/or product/Adverse Event complaint by conduct clarification and report to authorized person in charge.

Required Qualifications

  • Mempunyai setidaknya 3 (tiga) tahun pengalaman sebagai Medical Representative dan menangani produk farmasi ethical di perusahaan farmasi multinasional dengan kinerja penjualan yang efektif.

Having at least 3 (three) year of experience as Medical Representative and having the exposure in handling ethical products in a multinational pharmaceutical company with effective sales performance.

  • Pendidikan: Minimum Diploma, lebih disukai lulusan dari jurusan farmasi, biologi, kimia, atau ilmu terkait.

Education: Diploma degree, preferably graduated from pharmacy, biology, chemistry, and related major.

  • Memiliki SIM C

Have motorcycle driving license (SIM C)

  • Kompetensi Sales termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada Pengetahuan Medis dan Produk, Manajemen Teritori, Utilitas Alat, Kemampuan Menjual, dan Perencanaan Bisnis.

Sales competencies including but not limited to Medical and Product Knowledge, Territory Management, Tools Utility, Selling Skills, and Business Planning.

  • Kemampuan berbahasa: Lancar berbahasa Indonesia secara lisan dan tulisan, minimal mampu berbahasa Inggris pasif

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written/verbal Indonesian, minimum passive English

  • Kemampuan Komputer: Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office

Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office

  • Mempunyai rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi

High sense of responsibility.

  • Mempunyai standar etika yang tinggi

High ethical standards.

Working Environment

  • This position is based in Pekanbaru, Indonesia and will require on-site work.
