Identify and establish partnerships with new B2B clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, particularly the machine maintenance section of automotive & manufacturing Industries.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential new machine maintenance projects in the mining, heavy equipment, automotive, or oil and gas industries.
Prepare price quotations and negotiate cooperation contracts in line with the company's sales targets.
Coordinate with technical teams (production/engineering) to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
Monitor the delivery of goods or services and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably with a background in the manufacturing industry or workshop environment (fabrication/machining).
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing Management or a related field.
Strong communication and networking skills, with proven ability in negotiation and relationship building.
Highly driven to achieve sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), and possess a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for customer visits.
Willing to be based in Jababeka Industrial Area, North Cikarang.
