Sales Specialist

PT Solusi Cuci Nusantara is a leading professional laundry service provider, offering comprehensive washing solutions for both individual and corporate clients under the brand Laundry Hub. We operate Indonesia&aposs first standardized laundry factory, equipped with advanced machines from top brands in Europe, the US, and China, and apply professional soft water treatment in our processes. With a daily capacity of 5,000 kg, our factory follows a 12-step procedure to ensure high-quality and affordable laundry services. We also offer standardized and competitively priced solutions for institutional clients such as hotels, massage centers, and gyms.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kelapa Gading. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and implementing sales strategies. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, training and advising customers on our services, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also work closely with the Sales Management team to meet sales targets and objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to develop sales strategies
• Experience in Training and advising customers
• Sales Management skills, including meeting sales targets and objectives
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work on-site in Kelapa Gading
• Experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
