Currently our client, a multinational injection molding manufacturer, are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Specialist to join their team in Cikarang.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including sales management, with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills; proficient in English is a must
• Analytical, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, productivity software, and digital sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales performance, implement effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
• Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with management.
• Build and maintain key client relationships, resolve issues, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, report performance insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
