Sales Specialist (Mandarin)

Job Description

• Acquire new customers by offering courier and delivery services through email, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings, and conduct follow-ups when necessary.
• Prepare supporting documents for Partnership Agreements (PKS), manage the agreement process until completion, and handle agreement renewals before expiration.
• Develop client SOPs and communicate them effectively to agents.
• Coordinate the initial pickup process by attending in person or through phone calls or messaging platforms.
• Notify the Sprinter Coordinator whenever a VIP client schedules a pickup via communication channels such as WhatsApp or WeChat.
• Prepare daily pickup reports for each customer and submit them to the supervisor.
• Analyze shipment issues and provide solutions or assistance to clients when delivery problems occur.
• Communicate customer VIP regulations and operational requirements to agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
