Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Specialist will engage with parents and families to present Life Talk Asia's mentoring and assessment programs, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting consultations, explaining program benefits, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from first contact through enrollment. In addition, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with mentors and internal teams, support promotional events, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and training materials.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with teens and families.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve enrollment goals.
Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to clearly explain programs, assessments, and action plans.
Candidates should possess relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to support long-term client engagement.
Experience in education, mentoring, counseling, or youth development is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for events, workshops, or weekend activities as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with using CRM tools, office software, and online communication platforms to manage sales activities.
