Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Surabaya. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales by identifying and establishing relationships with clients, promoting the hotel's offerings, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the sales team to execute effective strategies, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales and communication skills. The role also involves managing and analyzing sales performance and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and track performance metrics.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to maximize productivity and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while maintaining attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
