Develop clients and expand the market in the new energy, energy storage, and industrial energy sectors across Southeast Asia (with a primary focus on Indonesia), and identify potential partners.
Manage end-to-end new client engagement: initial contact, business negotiations, requirement alignment, partnership promotion, and early-stage project follow-up; maintain long-term cooperation records.
Collect and analyze Indonesia's market policies, industry trends, competitor information, and localization compliance requirements (including TKDN and trade regulations), and submit regular analysis reports.
Support the Board Secretary in business liaisons, high-level meetings, government and enterprise receptions, and organize/archive business and project documents.
Serve as the liaison between the Indonesia plant and CATL headquarters departments to drive project implementation, requirement alignment, and business collaboration.
Align with the headquarters business strategy, participate in rotations at the headquarters, cross-departmental project coordination, and support regional business layout.
Complete other business, marketing, or special tasks assigned by the Board Secretary.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, International Trade, New Energy, Economics/Management, or related fields.
Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
Proven experience in B2B client development, market expansion, and business development; experience in new energy, energy storage, or overseas industries is preferred.
Able to work in Indonesia long-term, travel frequently, and rotate between Indonesia and CATL headquarters in Ningde.
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, high confidentiality awareness, strong execution, and ability to follow instructions from the Board Secretary.
Proficient in office software, with demonstrated skills in drafting business documents and organizing materials.
