What You Will Do:

Alibaba.com Management: Manage 2+ storefronts, optimize product listings (SEO), and utilize B2B tools to convert inquiries into orders.
Team Leadership & Culture Bridge: Lead a local team of 5 employees and facilitate smooth cross-cultural communication between the Chinese management team and Indonesian staff.
Strategy & Logistics: Tailor sales solutions to meet international buyer demands and coordinate cross-border logistics (shipping & customs) for timely deliveries.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyze performance metrics and implement targeted advertising strategies to boost ROI and CTR.
General Operations: Handle daily account support including product uploads, order processing, and customer follow-ups.

What You Need to Succeed:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in International Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. (Mandarin is a huge plus!)
Tools: Proficient in Alibaba.com Seller Central, Google Workspace, and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Analytics).
Traits: Result-oriented, adaptable to cross-cultural environments, and a great team player.
Bonus points if you have: Alibaba.com or International Trade certifications.
