Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Air Transportation Business or equivalent.
- Domiciled in the city of Surabaya.
- Own a private vehicle.
- Able to communicate in English well.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of air cargo sales.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operational cargo (freight forwarding).
- Understand aviation security rules.
- Have a Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certificate.
- Have a Basic Cargo Course or certification from an official institution.
- Understand export-import operational procedures, customs clearance, and creation of shipping documents (Air Waybill).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems (CRM).
- Excellent interpersonal ability to establish client relationships and negotiate shipping rates.
- Responsive in tracking shipments, providing information, and handling customer complaints.
