WE ARE HIRING – SALES SEMARANG (LOCAL HIRING)

FIN Logistics is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience and leadership skills in the logistics industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting branch sales activities to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
  • Developing new B2B customers and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
  • Managing customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities to maximize business opportunities
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Identifying market opportunities and supporting business expansion initiatives within the Semarang area

Requirements:

  • >5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving targets
  • Experience leading or supervising a sales team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with the Semarang market and business network
