Sales Section Head - Southgate

Job Descriptions :

• Develop a sales strategy which includes the preparation of sales plans, prices, payment systems, rewards/commissions for sales.
• Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out through media placements and exhibitions.
• Create activities to build business relationships with mass media and vendors related to promotions.
• Coordinate sales in the process of approaching current and potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of targets.
• Collect and analyze operational reports from sales & promotion activities and achievement progress.

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Economics, or related major.
• Minimum 6 years experience in property Sales & Marketing and 2 years experience in the same position.
• Supervisory Skills.
• Knowledge of promotion, marketing & sales activities.
• Knowledge in the real estate business.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta for Southgate Apartment.
