Sales & Revenue Manager

We are looking for Sales and Revenue Manager

Someone who knows revenue management, who can lead a team, and who is not afraid to take responsibility for results.

What you will do:

Direct Sales & Revenue

— Build a strategy for growing direct bookings: website, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, repeat sales.

— Manage the funnel: from first touch to booking confirmation.

— Optimize website and booking page conversion.

— Implement CRM, chatbots, and email platforms for automation.

— Reduce dependence on Airbnb, Booking, and Agoda by growing the share of direct sales. Work with marketing to create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook with a focus on bookings.

— Work on pricing and revenue strategy: seasonality, occupancy, average check.

Market Knowledge (desirable, but not critical)

— Understand the guest profile: Australia, Singapore, Europe, USA — how they book, what matters to them.

— Track Bali seasonality: high/low season, Nyepi, Galungan, holidays.

— Analyze competitors: prices, positioning, channels, promotions.

— Know the specifics of guests from Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan.

— Understand visa and logistical nuances that affect demand.

Team & Operations

— Build, train, and motivate a team.

Our requirements:

— Experience in the hotel business or management companies.

— Proven cases of growing direct sales or building a department from scratch.

— Experience managing a team (including revenue direction).

— Fluent English — required. Russian

— Proficiency in analytics and sales automation tools.

— Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market — desirable, but not critical. We will teach.

Conditions:

Remote work / Relocation to Bali (negotiable).

Compensation: Base + KPI based on interview results.
