This Position reports to:

Sales Manager - Channel

Your Role And Responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for a specified market (global/regional) to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations. Each day, you will plan and ensure the execution of the business area/division sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the related Channel Sales organization.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Business in Surabaya.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications For The Role


  • Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical is preferable
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales within Surabaya and Bali area
  • Familiar with Smart Building/Smart Power products, in industry, infrastructure and high rise building are preferable
  • Familiarity with loyalty program to customer
  • You are at ease communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Willing to be located in Surabaya
