Role Description The Sales Retail (Electrical) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pademangan. This role is responsible for selling electrical products to retail customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Daily tasks include greeting and advising customers, demonstrating product features, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the sales management team to meet targets. The Sales Retail (Electrical) team member will collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
- Proven Sales experience in a retail or electrical products environment, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to support store initiatives, guide peers, and contribute to improving sales performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Pademangan, including weekends or shift schedules as required.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products or willingness to learn technical specifications.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in handling transactions and customer data.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
