About the Job

We are currently looking for a sales representative that can help sell Xendit payment infrastructure to businesses that need a payment solution for ID. This role will focus on assessing client requirements, pitching Xendit product and services, initiating contracts, preparing and managing commercial discussion until closing deals.

The position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to generate interest in the company's products and services.

Outcomes

Convert Sales and Close Deals

  • Be a champion of Xendit to potential customers and build relationships
  • Actively engage with leads to convert into confirmed customers
  • Assist customers with any needs throughout their onboarding process

Grow Customers and Revenue

  • Follow up with new customers to get feedback on their experience with Xendit
  • Win customers to achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders on customer's needs and request
  • Accelerate merchant ramp-up of merchants to reach terminal velocity as quick as possible
  • Grow and manage sales pipeline for timely basis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. 3-5 years of working experience in any industry, preferably SaaS/Banking/digital product, as Sales/Account Management
  • Resourceful individual with ability to seek, identify, contact, and thorough follow ups on leads and potential customers until closing the deals
  • Understanding sales process from end to end cycles
  • Have Travel & Hospitality market understanding
  • Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within the same role in current/previous jobs
  • Understand numbers and able to build up Sales Pipeline
  • Can communicate in Bahasa and English
  • A self starter, strong willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently domicile in Bali or have experience working in Bali before
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
  • Comfortable working with numbers and generate reports
