Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Semarang. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting medical equipment solutions to healthcare providers and hospitals. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and addressing client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Understanding of medical equipment and familiarity with the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, especially in the medical or healthcare industry, will be an added advantage.
