Sales Representative in Modern Trade Team.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Manage and grow sales in assigned modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers, store supervisors, and merchandising teams.
- Monitor account performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within stores and propose actionable plans.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product shelf visibility.
- Gather competitor information on pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Maintain accurate sales records, inventories, and store visit reports.
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and account updates on time.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree are preferred).
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Merchandiser.
- Proven experience in sales within FMCG or modern trade environments (preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, and store dynamics.
- Good knowledge of the assigned area (geography, demographics, and market behavior).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to place in certain area and following accounts agendas.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel frequently.
- Have a good manner.
