Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yogyakarta for a Sales Promoter Furniture. The Sales Promoter Furniture is responsible for actively promoting and selling household furniture to customers in the store, providing product information, demonstrating features and benefits, and guiding customers to make informed purchasing decisions. Daily tasks include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable furniture options, and ensuring product displays are appealing, clean, and well-organized. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the store team on inventory, handling basic sales documentation, and supporting promotional campaigns and events. The Sales Promoter Furniture contributes to achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and upholding UFO Elektronika's standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand needs, and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge or interest in furniture products, interior layout, and basic product features to provide accurate and helpful recommendations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse customers and team members.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for handling prices, promotions, and simple sales documentation.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or shifts as required, and remain standing or moving around the store for extended periods.
• Proactive, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to store procedures and promotional strategies.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or furniture promotion is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further training in sales or retail is a plus.
