Identify new projects that the company can pursue and report them to management for follow-up and business approach initiatives.
Conduct business approaches and lobbying activities with developers, contractors, applicators, and other project-related accounts within the assigned area.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure that all data and terms related to Project Sales are always up to date and aligned with the regulations established by the Project Sales Department.
Prepare project proposals and negotiate project offers with all relevant parties (developers, contractors, applicators, and others) to achieve sales targets while ensuring that all terms comply with the rules and policies established by the Project Sales Department.
Ensure that the mock-up process at project sites is carried out properly and in accordance with the procedures implemented by the Sales Division.
Ensure that all tinting procurement processes, including tinting form completion and coordination with the R&D Department for color preparation, are conducted properly and in compliance with the applicable regulations within the Sales Division.
Input customer transactions (Purchase Orders, project terms, etc.) into the Epicor system.
Maintain continuous relationships and communication with the company's accounts.
Build relationships and drive sales of the company's products to medium-to-large scale accounts and high-rise project accounts.
Receive complaints and feedback from project customers and coordinate them with the relevant internal departments.
Monitor the progress of customer complaint resolution.
Coordinate the provision of the best possible service by departments related to customer complaints.
Ensure that client billing and payment processes are carried out on time and in accordance with established regulations.
Ensure that the delivery process of customer product orders runs smoothly and in accordance with the agreed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, coatings, or related industries.
Possess a strong network within the construction, property development, and contractor sectors in the Jakarta area.
Able to identify, develop, and close project-based sales opportunities (B2B focus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong understanding of project cycles, specification-based selling techniques, and relationship management with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or SIM C) and willing to travel for business purposes.
