Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Project (Electrical) role based in Bekasi Selatan. The team member will identify and pursue new sales opportunities for electrical products and solutions, focusing on project-based clients and accounts. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and following up on leads to close deals. The role involves coordinating with internal technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure project feasibility, accurate quotations, and timely delivery. The team member will maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and contribute to sales forecasts and planning. The position also includes providing basic product knowledge and training to clients, handling customer inquiries and issues, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate, and achieve sales targets for project-based electrical solutions.
- Experience in Training or product knowledge sharing to explain electrical products and project specifications clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Background or familiarity with electrical systems, equipment, or project sales (e.g., panel, wiring, industrial or building electrical solutions) is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents, drawings, or specifications related to electrical projects is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, visiting client locations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a project environment.
- Good organizational, reporting, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
