Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with government agencies, BUMN, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with EPC, EPCIC, and main contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor contractor performance, contract compliance, and project deliverables.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration in accordance with government and company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate project documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare project progress reports, risk assessments, and management presentations.
• Facilitate meetings between clients, contractors, consultants, and government representatives.
• Resolve project issues related to schedule, quality, commercial matters, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support project audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably handling government projects.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, including specification, tendering, procurement, and project implementation.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and negotiate large-scale projects.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license (SIM A) and willing to travel extensively for business purposes.
• Experience in project documentation management and complaint resolution will be an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to any operational area or work location as required by the company.
