As a Sales & Partnership at PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships while driving business growth through sales and collaboration initiatives. You will identify customer and partner needs, develop business opportunities, execute marketing activities through events, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best solutions and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions by aligning customer requirements with Bank Raya's products and services.
- Planning and executing marketing strategies through events and engagement activities to create business opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Building and managing a structured pipeline of potential partnerships, business opportunities, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, smooth execution, and optimal service delivery.
- Supporting sales activities through market analysis, customer engagement, administrative processes, and periodic reporting.
- Monitoring partnership performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and business expansion.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnership, business development, marketing, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, or other related fields.
