Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with major e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations and partnerships.
  • Work with brands to set up commission structures, special promotions, and campaign activations.
  • Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Curate and manage product lists for campaigns and promotions.
  • Lead negotiations with brand partners to maximize campaign value.
  • Coordinate sample product logistics with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop engaging live streaming gimmicks, including coin-based incentives and ad strategies (coin & ads).

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to lead brand discussions.
  • Sharp analytical ability to review performance data and provide insights.
  • Familiar with the e-commerce or affiliate marketing industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables).
  • Comfortable using e-commerce dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
