Job Description:

  • Process and validate new member data, ensuring accurate and timely onboarding into the system.
  • Update member data (additions, deletions, endorsement) and ensure records are complete and error-free.
  • Perform Monthly Reconciliation: Match client, system, and insurer data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and send monthly member and premium reports to insurance partners on schedule.
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 experienced year, but fresh graduate welcome.
  • Has interest in insurance industry and have a good skill of excel and reporting.
  • Having familiarity with basic Ms. Excel functions and features.
  • Able to work in group, individual and external parties.
  • Analytic, data driven and detail oriented.
  • Eager to learn, and fast paced learner.
  • Good personality and having a good appearance.
