Job Description:
- Process and validate new member data, ensuring accurate and timely onboarding into the system.
- Update member data (additions, deletions, endorsement) and ensure records are complete and error-free.
- Perform Monthly Reconciliation: Match client, system, and insurer data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and send monthly member and premium reports to insurance partners on schedule.
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 experienced year, but fresh graduate welcome.
- Has interest in insurance industry and have a good skill of excel and reporting.
- Having familiarity with basic Ms. Excel functions and features.
- Able to work in group, individual and external parties.
- Analytic, data driven and detail oriented.
- Eager to learn, and fast paced learner.
- Good personality and having a good appearance.
