Sales Operations Assistant-Translator

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of Sales Operations SOP
• Follow up on the implementation of the daily SOP of the sales team
• Spot-check sales narratives and customer follow-up records
• Assist in organizing market prices and competing product information
• Assist in the implementation of key customer maintenance actions
• Follow up on maintenance actions such as prize distribution, customer follow-up, and offline meetings
• Coordinate relevant teams to complete implementation as planned
• Organize customer maintenance records
• Assist with daily translation and communication
• Supports daily communication translation between Chinese and Indonesian
• Assist with meeting and simple document translation
• Assist the Sales Operations Manager in communicating smoothly with the local team

Job Requirements

• Indonesian locals
• can use Chinese for daily communication
• is proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.
• Careful in work, strong in execution, and good at follow-up
• Relevant experience in assistant, operations, and sales support is preferred
