OTO by CarDekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India's biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecast data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Monitor sales KPIs, targets, incentives, and commission calculations.
- Support sales planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve sales productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and support sales process improvement.
- Provide analytical support for new initiatives, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum46 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets(advanced formulas, pivot tables); SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts or team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and reporting.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
