Design, model and administer sales incentive and commission schemes; run monthly calculation, validation and payout coordination with Finance and HR.
Build and maintain sales dashboards and reporting — pipeline, funnel conversion, productivity per head, coverage, visit compliance, activation quality — with clear definitions and a single source of truth.

Design and document sales processes and SOPs: lead management, merchant onboarding handoff, escalation paths, KPI definitions, sales playbooks.
Support sales enablement: onboarding materials, training content, and rollout of new products, tools or processes to the field.
Run sales governance rhythms — weekly business reviews, monthly/quarterly performance reviews — and prepare materials for leadership.
Partner with Finance on headcount planning, cost-per-acquisition tracking, and sales budget monitoring; support audit and compliance checks on sales-reported data.
