Job Description

Jobs objective:

Lead and integrate Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing execution to ensure seamless commercial performance. This role drives alignment between sales strategy, market execution, and operational capabilities to maximize revenue, optimize inventory, and enhance in-market execution.

1. Sales Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead sales planning, target allocation, and performance tracking across regions, channels, and SKUs to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Monitor sales productivity, distribution performance, and commercial KPIs through dashboards and analytics.
  • Manage Supply Chain team to ensure smooth operation on supply, logistics, product return. Lead allocation for case of supply constraint.

2. Route-to-Market & Distributor Management

  • Develop and optimize route-to-market strategies, territory coverage models, and distributor governance frameworks to improve market penetration and execution efficiency.
  • Manage distributor performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness

3. Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence

  • Oversee sales operations processes, including sales SOPs, order-to-cash governance, and incentive/commission programs to ensure operational discipline and sales effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution quality and process efficiency.

4. Cross-functional Coordination & Demand Planning

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing and relevant teams to align demand planning, inventory management, and commercial execution.
  • Support forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level performance across the business.

5. Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and management reports.
  • Analyze sales trends, channel performance, SKU productivity, and execution effectiveness.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive data accuracy, reporting discipline, and analytics standardization across teams.

6. Managing subordinates

  • Set up job descriptions and instructions for subordinates to follow.
  • Build a high-performance and cross-functional collaborative culture
  • Conduct employee training and development.

7. Perform other duties and projects

Jobs requirements

Qualifications/Degrees/Certificates

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields

Work Experience (years, field)

  • At least 6 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • At least 2 - 4 years in a managerial role with team leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience in the FMCG, distribution, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and sales reporting skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in distributor management, sales planning, and commercial operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent)
