Sales Officer - SCG Indonesia (PT. Indonesia Dirtaya Aneka Industri Box)

Job Description:

• Visit potential customers to introduce products and explore business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate product pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely product deliveries.
• Identify and address customer complaints by coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments.
• Prepare work reports, communicate progress, and discuss issues with supervisors.
• Actively participate in workplace health and safety (K3) initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese communication.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in raw materials, supporting materials, job-order products, or products requiring technical explanations, are preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for work and be based in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia.
