About the role

PT. VICTORIA ABADI SENTOSA is looking for a position of Sales Officer to thrive and excel in our fast-growing company. The candidate should be an experienced salesperson, who is comfortable and knowledgeable in generating sales leads, and sales operating procedures with new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Officer to build and develop a network of High Net Worth clientele where the role holder can establish and cultivate new business opportunities.

The candidate will also be responsible for the development and execution of our sales plans for Diversey brand in East Java to deliver our volume and profit objectives.

This is a ground floor opportunity for a proven leader with a strong mentality who can roll up their sleeves, build our teams, and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Identify high-potential prospective customers from inbound and outbound leads
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close and after-sales for B2B businesses
  • Develop sales plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achievegoals and revenue objectives
  • Work with internal departments to develop future solution to meet customer needs
  • Work with related departments to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues of concern

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of successful experience with building and managing a high performing sales team in distribution or retail company
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar discipline, or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and within an international team, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Ability to read data to analyze results and make modifications or improvement to a sales process
  • Passionate for cleaning chemicals industry, keen to build expertise and pursue knowledge of the category
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communications are key priorities
  • A proven track record of performance and delivery
