Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints from customers and sales agents
Receive documents from customers and sales agents, verify the completeness of forms and supporting documents, and forward them to the Head Office.
Manage the distribution and administration of documents to sales agents, including physical documents, soft-copy documents, and information received from the Head Office.
Administer office logistics, supplies, stationery, promotional merchandise, and other office-related resources.
Handle the administration of marketing office operations and petty cash usage.
Supervise the work of Security personnel and Office Boys (OB).
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree, any major
Min 1 year experience as customer service is a plus
