As a Trainee, you will be immersed in the world of boutique hospitality marketing, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our mission of creating sanctuary experiences that touch the soul of every guest.

This dynamic traineeship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced marketing professionals while developing your skills in a luxury boutique hotel environment. You will support the sales and marketing team in promoting our distinctive property, engaging with potential guests, and crafting communications that reflect the authentic warmth of Indonesian hospitality.

Your journey with us will involve supporting marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, assisting with event coordination, and helping maintain the exceptional guest relationships that define the Dijiwa experience. You will play a meaningful role in introducing our sanctuary to travelers seeking authentic cultural encounters in Ubud.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, and online travel agencies
• Assist in creating compelling content that showcases the unique character of The Artini Dijiwa Ubud
• Help coordinate promotional events and partnerships with local artisans and cultural organizations
• Support the sales team with inquiries, bookings, and guest communications
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Assist with maintaining marketing materials, databases, and brand consistency
• Contribute to guest experience initiatives that reflect Dijiwa's sanctuary ethos
• Learn and apply hospitality best practices while representing the Dijiwa brand
