Sales & Marketing Supervisor – iWise Education (Jakarta)

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Supervisor who is strategic, creative, data-driven, and fluent in both Indonesian and English. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, marketing, and community engagement within the Muslim family segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow awareness, leads, and enrolment.

• Lead digital marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Websites) and manage content planning.

• Design and run online & offline activation programs (webinars, workshops, school outreach, community events).

• Build partnerships with schools, parent communities, and Muslim networks.

• Analyze data and interpret market trends to drive better decision-making.

• Manage WA/DM lead funnel until conversion.

• Prepare high-quality proposals (program proposals, partnership proposals, sponsorship decks).

• Deliver regular KPI, campaign, and growth reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Strong in acquisition marketing and digital marketing, performance analysis, and end-to-end campaign execution.

• Excellent proposal writing & presentation skills in English and Indonesian.

• Experience in education, parenting, or community engagement is a plus.

• Aligned with moderate, inclusive, practical Islamic values.
