Role Description The Sales & Marketing role at Suka Village is a full time, onsite position based in Sukalarang, Sukabumi. The role involves promoting hospitality and services to customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying new sales opportunities in surrounding communities and markets.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long term relationships.
• Sales skills to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals within national markets.
• Sales Management skills to track performance, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities.
• Ability to work onsite in Sukalarang and travel within surrounding areas as needed.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing in hospitality industry.
