Sales Marketing / Sales Engineer

PT Huaming Power Indonesia is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Marketing / Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining relationships with key clients, and promoting our high-quality electrical power equipment (such as tap changers and transformer components) in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities to achieve company sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients (OEMs, transformer manufacturers, and end-users) and proactively search for new clients.

Assist in tender/bidding processes, particularly with PT PLN (Persero) and other major energy/infrastructure projects.

Conduct pre-sales inquiries, deliver technical/product presentations, and handle contract negotiations.

Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends, and provide timely feedback to the management team.

Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues.

Track contract performance, shipments, and ensure timely payment collections (receivables) from clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the electrical industry, power generation, or substation equipment (experience with transformers or tap changers is highly preferred).

Familiarity with PT PLN bidding systems (tenders) and procurement processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.

Ability to speak Mandarin is a highly valued advantage (for communication with our Shanghai headquarters).

Target-oriented, self-motivated, with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Willing to travel frequently for business trips and customer visits across Indonesia.

Based or willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi (Delta Silicon V).
