Role Description The Sales Marketing Position is a full-time, on-site role located in Surakarta. The role involves promoting the company's culinary products, managing sales activities, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries, and providing product information. The position also includes coordinating promotional activities, gathering market feedback, preparing basic sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support training and product launches. The individual in this role is expected to meet sales targets, uphold high standards of customer service, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and work toward sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support team development and help colleagues understand products and sales techniques.
Candidates should possess basic marketing knowledge, including promotional planning and market analysis, to support sales campaigns.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
Candidates should possess proficiency in common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to prepare reports and materials.
Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to work on-site and occasionally outside standard hours when needed.
Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is an advantage, as is prior experience in F&B or retail sales.
