Sales Marketing Officer

What You'll do :

• Execute sales & marketing activities through online and offline channels (B2C & B2B).
• Identify and develop new customers/prospects while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Conduct sales pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing.
• Implement promotional programs and campaigns to increase sales.
• Analyze sales & marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the achievement of sales targets.

What We're looking for :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of B2C/B2B sales and digital/online sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, selling, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with marketplaces and digital marketing tools is a plus.
