Overview

As a Marketing & Sales Officer, you will play a key role in developing effective marketing strategies, creating fresh and engaging campaign ideas, and building strong relationships with customers through various online and offline activities. In addition to driving brand awareness, you will also be responsible for supporting sales growth by analyzing sales performance, identifying opportunities, and helping execute initiatives that boost revenue.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute marketing programs aligned with company strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Create and manage marketing budget planning that supports marketing programs aligned with Coffee Bawa's brand identity.
  • Develop creative ideas for campaigns, content, and promotional activities that reflect Coffee Bawa's brand character.
  • Plan and execute activation programs (events, promotions, collaborations, community activities) to strengthen engagement and boost sales traffic.
  • Conduct detailed sales analysis to identify performance trends, evaluate marketing impact on revenue, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct CRM analysis to measure customer retention, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior insights.
  • Manage relationships with KOLs, buzzers, and media partners based on marketing needs.
  • Support the management of Coffee Bawa's social media accounts, including admin tasks, caption writing, and audience interaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce photo, video, and design content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Prepare performance evaluation reports for campaigns and marketing activities, and provide recommendations for sustainable marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing (preferably in F&B or retail).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and basic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales, CRM, and campaign performance.
  • Creative, communicative, and up-to-date with market and industry trends.
  • Proficient in basic copywriting and content concept development.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and project management.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and manage KOLs/external partners.
  • Interest in the coffee and F&B industry is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung.
