Sales Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing trends, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
3. Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and analyze market trends.
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
5. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media strategies.
6. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

1. Having great experience within luxury villa brands (Bali Area) in the same role is advantageous

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales analytics.

5. Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.

6. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
