Role Description
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the performance of the Marketing Sales Staff, Digital Marketing team, and Freelance Live Hosts to ensure all marketing activities run effectively and align with the company's targets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and student recruitment targets for Japanese language training programs at Genki Academy.
- Oversee and coordinate promotional and student recruitment activities conducted by the marketing team to ensure alignment with established strategies and targets.
- Ensure the team provides clear, informative, and professional consultations to prospective students, including explanations about training programs, registration processes, and available career opportunities.
- Support the team in handling high-potential prospects (hot leads) and assist in converting prospective participants into registered students.
- Direct, evaluate, and develop digital content ideas and promotional activities across various platforms such as social media, TikTok, and live streaming.
- Conduct quality control on marketing content before publication together with the Digital Marketing team to ensure quality, message consistency, and alignment with the company's branding.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, communities, and external partners in various regions to expand the student recruitment network.
- Conduct regular briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations for the marketing team to improve capability, productivity, and target achievement.
- Monitor overall team performance, including promotional activities, lead management, follow-up processes with prospective students, and enrollment conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize the prospective student database (leads) and ensure effective follow-up processes until the registration stage.
- Analyze market trends, interest in Japanese language learning, and competitor activities to develop more effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and student recruitment achievement reports, including analysis of enrollment growth and strategic recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 45 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Student Recruitment, with prior experience in leading a team considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and achieve recruitment or sales targets.
- Experience in managing and supervising marketing or sales teams, including coaching, performance monitoring, and evaluation.
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially in building partnerships with external institutions or partners.
- Experience in lead management, prospect follow-up, and improving conversion rates from prospects to registered participants.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and team performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Target-oriented, results-driven, and able to work under performance-based goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
