PT Arita Prima Indonesia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Flow Measurement Solutions to lead the growth of our flowmeter business across key industries including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water & Wastewater, Power Generation, Food & Beverage, and General Manufacturing.
This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market share, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable business growth for our flow measurement product portfolio. The position will work closely with EPC contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project closing.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations for customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analyses.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and application teams to develop customer solutions.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in:
- Flowmeters
- Instrumentation
- Process Automation
- Measurement Solutions
- Control Systems
- Strong network within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water Treatment, Power, Manufacturing, or EPC sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong understanding of flow measurement technologies and industrial process applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
