Job Summary :

The Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting Odoo ERP solutions, and building strong customer relationships. This role combines sales activities such as lead generation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation with marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate is proactive, business-oriented, and skilled in both sales execution and marketing strategy, with a genuine interest in IT and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understand business needs and provide tailored Odoo solution demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (digital & offline) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage marketing channels (social media, SEO, email, content) and develop supporting sales materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Consultancy, preferably in IT/ERP/software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Indonesia with excellent communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, analytical, and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and client management.
  • Organized with good data, tools, and CRM management discipline.
  • Genuine interest in IT, digital transformation, and business innovation with a growth mindset.
