What you will do
- Deliver exceptional, personalised sales experiences for high-profile and VIP clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Guide clients in cigar selection, pairings, and lounge etiquette
- Oversee daily store and lounge operations to uphold LCDH brand standards
- Manage inventory accuracy and premium product traceability
- Support in-store events, tastings, and brand activations
- Contribute to social media content and loyalty programme engagement
- Ensure compliance and submit regular performance and sales reports
What we are looking for
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with certified language credentials (mandatory)
- Proven background in luxury or premium retail
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a definite advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brand environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and natural ease with VIP clientele
- Knowledge of cigars, cigar etiquette, and storage — or a genuine willingness to learn
- A polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand identity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
