Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager Wedding and Event, to join Aman Indonesia in Indonesia! Reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing – Japan, Korea & Indonesia you will be responsible for the operations within Aman Indonesia Resort.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present regular reports on the results and activities of sales team.
- Supporting the development and execution of sales wedding group & event activities with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness to create awareness of the company's brand proposition and drive commercial goals.
- Achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the wedding group & event sales revenue.
- Analyze market trends and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and develop new market segments for Group and Wedding Business.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to design tailored Group & Wedding packages.
- Ensure effective communication and deliver exceptional guest experience aligned with Aman brand standards.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Group & Wedding services.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent in business or marketing in related field is preferred.
- Proactive, resourceful, a team-player, self-motivated and action-oriented.
- A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel / hospitality sector.
- Mastery of closing techniques, active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.
- Strong background in Wedding and Event.
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
